NOTE: This shipping policy does not apply to fine art sales. Our fine art is produced upon request and we will inform you on the shipping via email.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jimmy Nelson B.V. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.  

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We aim on processing orders made before 3 PM on the same working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only offer one shipping method. We make use of PostNL (small packages within NL), DPD (within EU) or DHL (international shipping or when DPD is not suitable).

B2B orders might be handled differently, due to the excessive weight of our books.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jimmy Nelson B.V. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Sorry, your order hasn’t arrived as it should have! Please get in touch using support@jimmynelson.com within 7 days of delivery, so that we can assist you further.

To speed up the process make sure you include:

Your order number
Your full name and email address
Details of the missing or damaged products
A photo of any damaged items

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
