For forty years, Jimmy Nelson stood behind the camera. This autumn, he steps out from behind it.

In his first-ever theatre production, Jimmy Nelson takes you, without the safe distance of his camera, through the encounters, doubts and intimate moments that shaped his work and himself. He opens his full archive, including never-before-seen footage and personal audio recordings, and shares the story behind forty years of looking at humanity.

No slideshow. No lecture. Through the Human Lens is an invitation to stand still together, without haste or judgment and for a moment, truly see one another.
